MELTING TANKS

The ME.TRA melting and storing tanks and kettles are designed to melt and keep at liquid state, at constant and controlled temperature chocolate, compound chocolate, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, fillings, creams, and fats - to be used to feed manually or automatically tempering machines, enrobing machines, decorators, dosing machines.

The storing capacity can be chosen from 90 kg up to 25.000 kg.

All our tanks are built entirely in stainless steel, electrically heated with a double-wall system for the thermoregulation both on the sides and on the bottom by means of hot water forced circulation.

The internal blade stirrer is fully dismountable and creates a vertical chocolate flux in order to keep it homogeneous and fluid.

The load and inspection upper covers are hinged and a safety micro switch prevents the stirrer movement when open.

The tanks are equipped with jacketed manual valve, heated with water, for connection to a pump; a second non-heated valve allows sample collection and manual discharge.
